I created this in 2023 I believe and redid in '24 on brown craft. Decided to send to Heather this year.
The layout isn't the best (not much room for name), but I tried my best to make it work! (It's better if they're all 3 grouped together on the left, then that leaves space on the Right for name & address.
Planning to make more for next year!
