Fall themed to Nele

This was a salvaged env. from a disastrous attempt at masking (specifically with my white grease pencil). I turned it into a "blustery leaf day" with book leaves because of National Book Month!

Tried my best to cover up another name under the leaves with ink and embellishments.

(b/4 adding stamp)

pp for name

back side.

The dark ink says, "Welcome Fall" and the silver script lettering is an autumn quote: "a falling leaf is just summer's wave goodbye". I love this type of layering.

All the goodies I sent her. (the bottom insert, "Magic", matches the same ink/style used on the orange env. (fineliner and white ink)

And close ups:

This is a practice sheet as I was experimenting with my fineliner (but I cannot remember the ink used, however, I love the raised effect!)
