This envelope is such poor quality, as it's a security envelope (I'm out of nice regular white ones). But I was hoping the ink wouldn't feather too much. Although it bled a bit, I still decided to use, as her name turned out pretty decent.
I was a bit excited about this b/c I did the flowers differently: used the wide side of a Crayola marker. I love how they turned out!
Then, I was just playing and experimenting with lettering "Alphabet Garden" to do as inserts (scan and print out), but since I did it on used watercolor paper, some previous lettering was still on it. (I'm calling that "dead grass/flowers" -- haha.)
It's funny b/c ever since I got the idea to do this, I've seen other "grass lettering" on iG and Pinterest. 😕 (What's that saying? You can never have an original idea? 😄😊)
