Wintry to Jean (Winter Flurries!)

I created this env. years ago (glue then pastels over) and decided to address it to Jean for Feb., since it looked a little wintry.

I added more accents too:  sparkles, splatters and glitter glue. Do not like how the stamp is so dark against the "delicate-ness" of the design.

Splatters and a snowflake sticker on the back.

And turned upside down as I liked my lettering:

The insert was just meant to help stabilize the env. Again, I had started it last year as an watercolor experiment, then added the "hello!" and more accents.

Here is the cancelled env. pic from her blog, and her wonderful comments:

"She certainly has some lovely stuff on hand for *filler.*.....The *filler* looks like bubbles of tropical water. The shimmery inks or paints are so pretty - and might not show up in the photos."
