Catalog page (po) to Sydney (PTEx)

A fun po catalog page I converted for a new exchanger. (Winter on the top, Cmas on the bottom!)

Used a metallic Zig fudebyori brush marker for her name, 

then went over with 3d glitter glue to stand out.

 

Cmas to Sharon (PTEx)

 Had such fun with this one. Used an old paint brush and white India ink for the trees, then touched up with puff paint and glitter glue, etc.

Miracle... (to Janet)

This env. is for the movie (obviously), and am posting today since it starts with the Macy's T-Day parade.

I switched it to "at" vs. "on" as it sounded better with an address (Miracle at 123 34th St., vs. Miracle on 123 34th St. -- fake address btw.) IDK...maybe I should have kept in sync with the movie.

It didn't turn out to my liking (not totally satisfied with my numbers or my cap M), but I was tickled with the idea! My friend lives on 34th Street, and how fun to do this themed env. to her!

Used a bullet point Posca marker, then added the decor on the side.

Wasn't quite sure how to decorate, so just started adding dots and swirls.

Some stamps and lettering for the back side.

Card I did for an insert. (with this quote from the movie). 

Didn't match the env. with colors, but oh well!

In honor of Thanksgiving, here is a converted env. 

folded pen, walnut ink and drop-in colors. Stamp matched pretty good too!

Metallic Pumpkin to Janet

Another one where I got the idea last year. At first, I was going to try to do her name in the shape of a pumpkin, but decided to go this route instead. 

I don't know how long "tendrils" are (or whatever they're called), but incorporated her name that way.

Another angle as the above photo is a bit too shiny & bright.

Peanuts (Halloween) to Mary (PTEx)

In honor of Beggar's Night, thought I'd post this one today!

In keeping with Halloween themed cartoons (see Looney Tunes),

I had to do a Peanuts one as well.

Although there are Peanuts stamps, they wouldn't have gone as well, so I opted for the Raven.

Very tricky lettering on these envelopes, as a lot of the ink bleeds/feathers. Wanted to use my green metallic ink to match though.

At first, I wanted to do Linus on the back in the Pumpkin Patch, but was tired of all the drawing, etc., so I opted for stickers instead.

 

Haunted House to Carolyn

Ugh... So bummed I messed this one up. Hopefully, you can't tell.

My idea was to use the ghosts stamp as a window of the house, BUT then I forgot to make the other window the same! I did put a ghost in it, but I didn't do the "glass" part to look like the stamp. grrr.

However, I was so happy I thought to do the crescent moon as the C for her name. Also, thought to add a run-down wood fence to make it more eerie. Then, I added bat stickers in the "sky".
