Converted to Clover

Wish I had taken a before pic of this, but I think you get the idea by now.

At first, I used hot pink as an accent color, then when I decided to use the Year of the Tiger stamp, I tried to redo in orange.

Repeating Name to Janet (marker challenge)

Another env. to fill a day for my 100 Day Marker Challenge on IG.

Used various markers to repeat her name as a design, left white space for addressing, and used my Bimoji brush pen in black.

Before design. Wonder if it smeared at all.

More alpha garden envies

Last Sept. (2021) when doing my own 100 Days of Redos, I came up with this idea of using letters as flowers/stems/grass, etc. -- https://snailmailingmadness.blogspot.com/2021/09/alphabet-garden.html

Since then, they've become somewhat of a go-to env. idea, which I absolutely love. I just hope the recipients enjoy them as well! 

Tried to incorporate the stamp a bit, and emulate the mum.

Insert. Wish I had written, "For You" at the bottom ("Flowers for You.")

The next few are ones I did for my 100 Days of Markers Challenge on IG:

*Be sure to use a "waterproof" marker, or it will smear!

For Jean's, again, I tried to use the stamp more in the lettering placement (you can see the stem somewhat in the stamp itself). Now I just wish I had made the flowers more similar to the stamp!

And then for Shannon's, I REALLY tried! Not the best, but not bad either. (the first flower is a pic of the stamp)

I really like the simplicity of Kate's.

Kristine's is ok...I tried to use watercolor to emulate the stamp, but didn't turn out. Oh well. (now I see I needed more neon green)

And for Mia's, I just redid the alphabet itself, again trying to incorporate and match the stamp.

Music Marker to Maggie

Converted Env. to Lynne (Practice page)

 

This was a practice sheet with my folded pen and walnut ink. Once I added the blue, the coffee stamp matched it well.

St. Patty's to Shannon

 I didn't do many St. Patty's Day themed env.'s this year, but here a 2 I sent out.

Used my gold metallic Elegant Writer callig. marker. Not liking the 2nd/middle n (the "tail"/swoosh). LOVE how well the stamp went though!

Tried to do a funky one to Janet. Liked at the time, but now....nah.  :/  😕😒
